General tips:
  1. Don't rush. Apply security hygiene behavior, think before clicking, do not take risky decisions.
  2. Use Password Managers.
  3. Keep Operating System and applications up to date.
  4. Make sure you are aware and in control of any devices connected to your network, review Wi-Fi router settings.
  5. Understand your behavior patterns, every time your emotions are in play, your decisions may be not rational. Think about consequences before they materialize. When you are angry, sad, tired, depressed, too excited, under not managed stress, take a brake and relax.
  6. Be aware about your environment. People and objects in background, how you look when broadcasting, background noises, conversations. Not controlling your "message" is not only unprofessional, but may also put your family at risk.
